Stayed in December 2013 during new year's in the hotel and totally loved it. The Location is wonderful, right on La Ramblas and the service was impeccable. Room size was small, but had a balcony with jacuzzi which was fabulous. Very nice hotel, great location, big rooms. Lobby/bar area very beautiful style and ambience. It was too cold to enjoy the roof top terrace when we were there but this would be the place to be on a summers day/evening. Breakfast selection was great, and service very good, a great start to the day. We would stay here again.

Great location right on the Rambla. Staff appeared to be very helpful but weren't actually effective. Was paying over 400 Euros per night and the shower didn't drain and wifi didn't work in the room. They tried, and failed to fix both.
