Hotel is near the business schools where lots of meetings are also held. Time to downtown with taxi is only about 15 minutes. However, as there are many schools around, make sure your avoid the "parents-traffic" in the morning. Rooms are ok, bathroom is very nice and breakfast very diverse and good.
