I stayed their with my daughter and five friends for a weekend to celebrate her upcoming wedding. I could not praise this hotel enough. The staff were amazing and went out if their way to assist us in every way possible after an accident which happened at the W hotel Club. The Girl at the did all she could to... More

This is a fabulous little Hotel in an upmarket part of the Eixample district. Its slightly away from the main tourist area, with a 10 minute walk to Diagonal Metro station. There's some great cafe's nearby for breakfast and lunch. The staff are incredibly nice and the hotel is clean, but the real highlight is the roof terrace and pool.... More

This hotel is well located and fine if you can get a good price but otherwise is an unremarkable stay. Took 15 minutes to check me in albeit I was the only person at the counter, wifi did not work in the room, cava on the terrace was served warm, and the coffee is bad. Is not a good hotel... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here two nights in May 2013. The room was fine, no spare pillows and no tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was stale, the percolated stuff. I'd say more 3 star but the rooftop bar, lounging area and views were a huge plus. The Europeans slightly put us off staying up there long... More

This is a lovely little place. Stayed for 2 nights my first time in Barcelona. It's a good location and easy to get to, however if you want to be completely tourista you may prefer the old quarter. The staff were so pleasant and the room was clean

I traveled with my husband while he was on a business the first week of April. This is a nice, small hotel just blocks from great shopping, restaurants, cafes, sightseeing, etc. Arriving early morning, we had to wait briefly for a room in the lobby. They offered espresso/cappuccino and to store our luggage while we waited. Feeling a little green... More

This hotel was very nice and centrally located. The staff were friendly and excellent. However, I found the amenities to be sub-par considering this was my most expensive hotel for my ten-day European excursion. Wifi is only available for one patron at a time in the hotel room. While the bathrooms are huge the rooms are fairly small. Also the... More

I stayed for 3 nights here. My first night was in a smoker's room so I asked to be moved, which happened with no fuss the next day when I was moved to a superior room for no extra cost. The staff were really lovely. I had a medical problem while staying at the hotel and they were very supportive... More

I got a quite small room without any real window. There was one, but the view is towards the elevator and it is covered with a rollo. I felt very claustrophobic almost like in a grave. It was not only the lack of air and a horrible view the problem but I have heard each guest comming to the floor... More

Dear Client, Thank you very much for the time you have spent on explaining your experience in Hotel America Barcelona. As you know, the America was not the hotel you booked. The original hotel, just sent us your reservation the day before your arrival, and we explained them that the only room available was an interior single room. Apparently they... More

Staff really friendly and helpful and a good selection at the breakfast buffet. We booked with Easyjet, which included the flights, hotel and transfers. Everything went smoothly and the trasfers...
