This is a very modern and well run hotel in the New Barcelona area, about 15 minutes on the metro from La Rambla. This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The service was horrible and un-friendly. If you need anything like extra pillows, make sure you ask for it before 5pm because the entire hotel basically closes at this point and only the front desk and kitchen staff is left who are pretty much useless.
