Lovely hotel and a great location. Room was comfortable and spacious - only problem for the 2 nights I stayed were the guests (different ones each night) who either watched tv or talked until 2/3 in the morning and I could hear everything!

Room was in good size but the decor looks cheaper than the photo showed on website. The wardrobe smells of dirty socks. Bathroom was OK but the towels were very thin. Modernised and updated to a high standard since previous visit in 2007. Great room on 9th floor, small but with balcony which was a super sun trap. Fab room great staff and so accommodating, Enrique in particular was so nice and our room with a terrace was great, breakfast was good, and we were 2 blocks from the main square, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Would recommend Cristal Palace for a city break

Stayed here in December when the weather was cold but the room was so hot. Asked receptionist to call someone to fix the air con which never came and was just told to open the window. This hotel does not offer ANY SECURITY. OTHER GUESTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN STOLEN as seen in testimony below. After the incident the hotel did not offer us any assistance. The manager told us that the problem was ours and nothing could be done. We were very disappointed. I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
