Since we arrived at this hotel in Spain, my girlfriend was robbed in the hotel restaraunt, they then threw her food away when she went to report the robbery, and has messed up our reservation, and we are currently in dispute over this with ORBITZ.... So far, worst vacation ever!!! more

Arrived at Regencia Colon as booked, but had been moved to main hotel. Great location directly opposite Cathedral and in walking distance of all attractions, or a metro station.
