The hotel is very nice and modern, with elevators, pool, wifi etc. But we did not anticipate that clean towels and toilet paper was considered an "extra" service for a 5 night stay! Stayed at this hotel for four nights easter bank holiday weekend. Had no problems what so ever. Great security, need key card to get into building. Stayed in room with kitchen.
