I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.The room was big and clean and the staff was very friendly. Easy access to the city as the metro and tram stop were nearby. Access to the CCIB conference centre by tram only five minutes away.Glories shopping centre is just across the road.

Very nice and clean hotel, gentle people... Service at breakfast good be better (not enough employees), sometimes long waiting line. Swimming pool was not open yet (may 2013), although weather was okay. People at reception desk very friendly. Bar closes too early (1pm). Lousy wifi in the rooms (too slow).
