“Robbed in the Hotel Lobby”

robbed in hotel lobby by professional group of three 2 distracted family and I while the 3rd stole my backpack hotel clerk watched it happen yet gave no warning security camera above desk but not turned on hotel says happens regularly in barcelona also said they are not responsible for anything get past that and hotel and location ok More
