Close to centre of town. Clean and comfortable. Great WIFI . We shared what they called an apartment which was 2 double rooms with a bathroom. This was €70 which is very reasonable given the location. Comfortable beds and lots of clean white towels. Didn't try the breakfast as I think it is overpriced and there are plenty of cheaper... Hotel is located in the centre of Burgos so ideal for sightseeing in this lovely city. It is in a pedestrianised area so parking is in a municipal car park 5 minutes walk away but you do get 20 minutes loading/unloading time outside. The room and bathroom were very clean but a little shabby. The biggest problem was that our... More

After arriving at the bus station and walking through the grand entry into the old city, we walked a few minutes and saw the hotel sign, it was cold and we wanted to find something quick. Well we couldn't have done better if we tried. A beautiful entry and foyer made us think it was going to be too expensive,... More

i secured a reservation at their website with my American Express a month and a half in advance for 3 adults and 3 ADULT-SIZED BEDS (for myself and my elderly parents - you can specify how many adult and children's sized beds you need when you reserve online). But when we arrived, they stuck us in a room with two... More

We stayed here about two weeks into our camino trek. We were looking forward to a nice historic hotel in a good location. The location is great, no doubt about that. The hotel itself is very pretty on the outside, but is a bit shabby and run-down on the interior. We'd probably stay elsewhere next time for a bit more... More

Stayed here two nights while on the Camino de Santiago. The front desk staff was particularly friendly and helpful, even to the point of letting me use the office computer for Internet access to a personal bank account that a nearby Internet café couldn't do. Also took ample time to help with detailed directions to services and stores in town.... More

It is clean but the whole place (the building, decoration, furniture, bathroom, etc.) a little dated. It has no character, really. The room didn't have an A/C (Burgos in July is really hot.) I wouldn't recommend it.

It calls itself a two star but we think it’s nudging three plus. The reception and ambience are great. Full of “oldie worlde” character and the location couldn’t be better easy walking to all the “Old Town” including cafes, restaurants, cathedral etc. Our room was spacious, light a good size comfortable bed and a Juliette balcony overlooking the pedestrianised part...
