Me and my girlfriend spent 3 nights at this hotel in an upscale neighborhood of Santa Cruz.
Room was excellent, spacious, superbly furbished, comfortable and large bed.
Breakfast was a mix of local, continental and english styles, very nice.
Ordered pizza through room service one evening: delivery was rather slow and the pizza turned out to be a bit cold....

Overall a good experience. Cool, spacious and comfortable room with quiet balcony even facing above the open bar. First room given was not as nice, though, and not looking as it was shown on the hotel´s web. Breakfast 6, parking not too difficult even on week days. Excellent tapas bar nearby called "tasca ramón".
