The hotel is not safe it is designed in the way that you can sadly (and early) climb from one story to another story. Some of my friends were robed during their stay, the hotel staff didn't assist those people when dealing with the police. The hotel staff weren't surprised about the robberies . I stayed here for 6 nights whilst attending a conference at the nearby Centro de Congresos, as did several other of my colleagues.
