I am surprised to see reviews from holidaymakers as this is not a holiday hotel. I have used it many times on work trips and always found it efficient, friendly, clean. This hotel is predominantly a busness type hotel, not one recommended for families, not your normal holiday resort hotel. Itis place on the "border" between los Christianos and Los Americanos. It is wth easy walking distance to excellent restraunts and shopping. There is limited internet access with no Wifi. Linen is changable on request, The staff speak good english
