We had a brilliant stay here. The staff were so lovely and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite on the 11th floor so had an amazing vista of the ocean and town. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. The bed was comfortable and the shower wonderful. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again. More

Whilst this is a five star hotel there are elements which make one question that. We arrived late morning and were able to access our economy room without delay. This was a large well fitted room...but the towels are really inexpensive things..and the shower had a problem...but that was fixed within minutes. Is it really too much to expect bath... More

Thanks to Ryanair changing flight times (not for the first time) we stayed here over a weekend. Our 15th floor suite provided incredible views over this low-rise town and amplified our feeling that such a building should never have been allowed on Lanzarote. Where to start, ok prepare for an al a carte menu with set menus the only thing you can eat buffet is breakfast. We did not eat at all in the hotel as it caters for spanish etc. There are no facilities for making tea & coffee in the room. We asked for a kettle they did not have any.... More
