Booked my Son and his girlfriend in for 3 nights. Check-in was from 2pm, so we arrived at around 3pm. Reception was closed, so we dialled the number on the door. We were told to collect keys from pool bar, which was up the road and up a whole load of steps. The guy at the bar ticked us off... More

Would advise no-one to go to these apartments and really they should be removed from all booking sites. Me and my wife stayed in the Cumana appartments on 1st-8th of august. when booking the holiday we kind of realized that picking the cheepest deal in the travel agents would mean that we would be staying in a hotel with plenty of steps, but until you get dropped off by the coach, you havent any idea how many steps!!!... Handy for resort amenities BUT do have ear plugs if you want to sleep as noisy late night clubs also close by! Apartment basic but spacious and clean. Only 2 rings for cooking but no oven or microwave and a limited number of cooking pans so eating out is probably necessary. A good selection of varied and inexpensive restaurants close... More

they are close to the commercial center but the steps in the complex are to much we were in apartment 603 and there were 120 or more steps from the entrance to the apartment More
