I cannot fault guanabara in any way shape or form. I've stayed here 5 times now and love my time here more and more. Our initial impression was very favourable and we did not change our view. On entering our room we found a complimentary bottle of water, small bottle of wine, basket of sweets and a couple of chocolate biscuits which was EXCELLENT for a "2 key" rated apartment. Nice and clean and friendly. Nice big pool and bar/snacks next to it. As everyone else says its a bit of a walk up the hill but only €3 in a taxi.
