Arrived on the evening of the 5th January, tried to have a shower after a long journey and there was NO hot water in the Bungalow (the water heater was broken) and was told that it would be fixed the next day, asked to see the Manager and was told that he would not be here until 7th January...NOT GOOD...

just go back from here nice bungalows and pools, bungalows are nicely hidden in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of playa del ingles night life. within 10 walking distance of yumbo, cita, metro, and kasbah shopping centers. bus stop is right outside the complex gates, 45 for aqualand and palmitos park (would highly recomend both), 39...
