Cleanand bright Hotel. Convenient for all attractions. Staff and management very helpful and very pleasant. No dining facilities (except for breakfast) but that is no problem as there are umpteen tapas bars/ cafes/resaurants where one can eat at most times of the day within 5 minutes s t r o l l.

We stay here every summer without fail. The Parma is ideally located, it's comfortable and the staff are fabulous. We have developed a wonderful friendship with them over the years and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. It's an affordable intimate hotel just where you want to be.

I'm glad we stayed in this hotel. Yes the hotel needs some renovation but not unpleasant. Location is convenient, close to everything. we want to thank Anna the receptionist, for giving us great advice and for her welcoming helpful greetings.

The location of the hotel was great at the edge of the Old Quarter and with a view of the ocean. Needs some updating but otherwise comfortable. The price of the rooms afforded my friend and myself an opportunity to have separate sleeping quarters.

Our room was facing the ocean - great view! Peeked into some of the other rooms on the opposite side of the hallway, they looked depressingly small and dark. The hotel could use an extensive reno. The bathroom was very clean but moldy at the top of the walls. Bedding was clean, carpet stained, and the sofa bed in the...

We arrived in San Sebastian without a hotel booking on Thursday 15th September as the 59th Film Festival was about to start. It was very busy and many places were fully booked. We managed to check in to Hotel Parma who only had 2 rooms available. The main reason we opted for this hotel was its location and the very...

We stayed here when passing through San Sebastian and it was a bit of a last minute thing. Expensive for a smallish room and limited facilities but clean and the room was modern enough. The room was a little noisy as it was facing the sea and the road. Parking is available at 15 euros a 200 metre walk from...

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights at Hotel Parma in San Sebastian in august 2011.
The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We found the hotel through the Michelin Guide, which we use a lot. The guide has often helped us find little gems and we have never been disappointed – until this time....

I love the staff in this hotel. They are very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is right across the sidewalk from the water. I actually prefer a room that borders the sidewalk to get the ocean breeze. The rooms w/ocean views are also spectacular. This is my home in San Sebastián.
