It is a nice hotel for its price! Cozy room, fancy "hi-tech" gadgets in the room, specially the shower! Right in the old part of the city and very near the river. Parking is not really available except on the undergound parking that costs 15€ a day... so add 15€ if you plan to go by car. more

The hotel lobby was small but efficient, elevator was just fine, and open stairs helped make it feel more open. Stayed at the Petit Palace Arana for one night. Great location with comfortable, clean room. But, as appears to be de rigueur with single rooms, it was stuck in a bad part of the hotel overlooking an inner courtyard with very little natural light. It is in the old city so walking around at night and eating out is so easy. The Guggenhein is just a 15-20 minute walk through the newer city but you go past lovely shopping. There is free internet. There is a public parking lot very close. They had a triple room. It's tight and small, but completely acceptable. more

I stayed her for two nights last week and it was excellent value for the price. From booking-in to booking-out it was a pleasant experience.
