Considering we had booked the hotel largely on price we were very pleasantly surprised. Large well equipped rooms and modern bathrooms, all spotlessly clean. The hotel is at walking distance from Gugenheim and Bilbao Center,. Big and confortable rooms, big, clean but a little bit noisy. Good breakfast, and very good restaurants nearby. Very professional service. Good price.

Location excellent - walk to Guggenheim or walk across the bridge and catch the tram. Cost - surprisingly low, as I booked about 6 months ahead. Breakfast - costs Euro 13, but is very extensive. The hotel is 400 meters from Guggenheim Bilbao museum. Th econditions are very good and the prices are low. The wi-fi free of charge is only in the lobby. I'll recoment to everyone for a decent stay without paying a fortune. The staff is very kind and speak very good english

Very central. Underground parking. Very safe. Very friendly staff who even let us off the charge for the dog! Loads of great restaurants close by. Excellently appointed rooms. Massive bathroom. Would definitely use this hotel again if we were going throgh Bilbao.

We stayed four nights. We had a fifth-floor room with a balcony and great bathroom. The staff was great and helpful. When we asked about a place nearby for coffee and croissants (because the hotel breakfast we felt was too expensive) they offered us the hotel breakfast at a huge discount. We stayed here 4 nights for a wedding. First night found the double bed in a standard room a little small - told the twin bedded rooms are better. However well worth upgrading to rooms with balconies on the 5th floor for additional 10 euros a night which we did - beds much larger and wardrobe space better too. Location... More
