Stay at this hotel with friends for Xmas night out, Raul on reception was really helpful and help us out. The hotel was situated perfectly for our stay close to everything ie Guggenheim museum, Bilbao football stadium and lively bars.

Modern rooms, conveniently located with a walking distance to the Guggenheim Museum. Really, no complains apart from the fact that tea/coffee making facilities were missing. Very kind and helpful staff, allowed us to leave our car in a car park for a bit longer with no problems. All ok but somehow forgettable...?
