Echoing the last three posts, I agree with their positive remarks. I would add the English fluency of the desk clerks and the personnel in the bar/restaurant was decent, which is appreciated though not necessarily expected in Bilbao. More

I would descibe our stay as comfortable. We had the room 201 (exterior room) which was spacious and with a very clean bathroom. The balcony's view is at a walkway and you can only slightly see the river (which was disapponting). Service: adequate, but nothing much. Location: near Guggenheim, and 15min walk to Casco Viejo. More
