The hotel is not in a very restaurant orientated part of Bilbao and we struggled to find somewhere to eat on a wet and windy Saturday evening. The hotel itself is pretty bleak with dark laminate flooring in the room.. The window was high up and to one side and overlooked an enclosed area so it was quite dark. The...

Great hotel, really nice reception staff (helpfull and nice), rooms larger than normal for Ibis Standards, all very clean and wood floor, 10 min walk from Casco Viejo (center) and from there you can take the tram to the Guggenheim museum. The reception staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist me. They answered all my queries and assisted me with my flight check in.

Walkable to the old town and the Guggenhiem. Our room was a good size with a big shower. WiFi 5 euros for 24 hours. It was an easy drive through...

Location was good as we could walk to every destination, especially the Guggenheim. Breakfast was sufficient. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Had to use the WIFI at a local bar, as the Ibis...
