Hotel Ramiro I is a 4 stars hotel in Oviedo. It was an old hotel that have been renewed recently. The rooms are quite nice, with a flat LCD TV and the WC are new. Clean, with an antique decoration. My wife has family in Oviedo. They recommended this hotel. It is very much a hotel that flies under the radar, as it seems to be a place where Spanish nationals (locals) stay when they visit Oviedo.
