The hotel staff are friendly but the rooms are average at best, furniture very worn. Fairly small with only just enough room for one person and a suitcase. Room safe didn't work and maintenance wasn't interested in getting it to work or replacing it. Bathroom clean but shower sprayed everywhere except over me. The smell eminating from the bathroom was... More

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Basilica. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room is very cozy. Although the bed was a bit hard but still could sleep well. Unfortunately, you could not open the windows because they were locked. Fresh air can be controlled only with air conditioning. Here and there were small scratches... More

I stayed at this hotel with a colleague on a business trip to Zaragoza and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel style is quite traditional so nothing exciting there but the room I was given was large and cosy. The reception staff gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty. You can also... More

Chain hotel, average. Simple room, like any other hotel of a chain. I wrote in their book. They changed sheets once during our stay of 5 or 6 days. This was back in October 2010. Oh, I also complained because they did not give us toiletries on a daily basis.

I have just returned from a weeks stay at the Melia. A very pleasurable experience, large room with very comfortable bed, varied and enjoyable breakfast and a nice lounge. The only drawback was no wifi in the bedroom, accessed only in bar and lounge. The hotel was close to all amenities , shops, bars, plaza and the university. I would... More

This is a decent, traditionally appointed 4 star hotel. Located just on the edge of the city centre it is only 5-10 minutes walk to the main sites (Basilica etc.). My room (at the front, 6th floor) was a very good size & at less than £50 per night (via 3rd party website) constituted excellent value. The hotel seemed virtually... More

This hotel is very comfortable, spacious rooms and very clean. It may be a little noisy but no problem if you keep the blinds closed. There's a parking lot right under the hotel (which you have to pay extra). The lobby has this very strong smell, it's supposed to be good, it's like a powerful perfume that ends up bothering... More

Spacious rooms. 3 people fit comfortably in any of them, but I think you can even ask for an extra-bed. Suites are even larger --logically--, but all of them face the street and acoustic insulation is not very good (or at least not as good as they should be). For that reason, I prefer interior rooms which are smaller but... More

The hotel is well located close to the downtown of Zaragoza. The facilites are ok although the interior design is clasic. I had the opportunity to sleep in two rooms. One of the was really small, although it was very quite with the window view to an interior patio. The other was bigger more like the standard rooms, it was... More

If you look at the hotel from the outside and even in the lobby, it isn't nothing special, but once you walk in the corridors or see the room your expectations are overcome. I stayed for 3 nights in one of the suites and liked very much the comfort and warm feeling. The room was huge, had 1 desk, 3... More
