A beautiful Hotel, fantastic location, great garden and pool.
However some of the staff are obviously in the wrong job. The pool staff were virtualy useless or non existant, 2days in a row they forgot my order. Having to complain to get service is not my idea of a 5 Star Hotel. The outdoor bar had a very surly waiter....

We just stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel.
It is well located, close to the most important monuments of the old Seville.
The rooms and bathrooms were splendidly renovated with all modern comfort.
But the hotel is very noisy with its marble floors, also at night.
Swimming pool was nice, but still cold.
However for a 5* hotel service...

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, recently renovated and still retains every bit of it's charm. One thing though... the marble floors really magnify every sound from above, especially in the morning... I am going to sneak upstairs and put my "do not disturb" sign on the room above us.
