From the photos provided by the company, it is clear that the apartments have seen better days. The courtyard is devoid of furniture as is the apartment! The kitchen is basic, delapidated and lacks the essential equipment expected. This was the perfect base for our exploration of beautiful Seville. The square where the building is located is tucked away and totally gorgeous. You are right in the middle of the Jewish quarter but in a quiet and secret (ish) square. As other reviewers have said, the apartments are functional and clean. You don't need much more than that... Hard to find but once you settle down, you find you're in a very good location. Apartment is well equipped and room is comfy as hotel standard. Though the reception is not in the apartment building, you do have reception in other chain apartment and they are nice and friendly. Had a good time there.

Great location within easy walking distance of everything. Spacious with average furnishings, very very bland, well equiped kitchen with washing machine. Good & free internet access. No where to hang wet washing. Think it could be noisy in high season due to bars in close proximity and apartments located around a courtyard which has a bit of an echo.

Can only echo all the earlier comments, fantastic location in Barrio Santa Cruz like you've stepped back in time, all the sights in walking distance or just have a wander round all the little alleyways, great bars everywhere you turn!
