Stayed here last year for two nights with friends and had a great time. This was the second time we had been there. The hotel is in a perfect location for everything. I thought the rooms were very nice only bad thing is the beds are hard. Breakfast was fine the staff were very friendly and helpful. A good point... More

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago, thought it was ok then, just stayed again and must admit it could do with a good refurbishment.. The rooms and bathrooms are very dated, its more of a 3* than 4*. One big complaint for me was how hard the beds were, did'nt get a very good sleep as it was... More

We drove up from Malaga and chose this Joel as it had parking, albeit very tight parking! It was centrally located within easy reach of the attractions, shops and restaurants. Although we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, the dining room looked good. One thing I would say about the hotel is that the walls are very, very thin and... More

The hotel is located near the city center and nearby El Corte Inglés, a fact that made my wife very happy… We came by car and I was lucky to hire a relatively small car (VW Polo) since the entrance to the under ground parking (16 Euro per day) was fairly narrow, and driving and parking in it was a... We booked this hotel because it says there are car parking facilities but when we got there we were told there were none. We didn't feel comfortable leaving it on a random street as suggested and eventually found and paid for a 24hr car park. The traffic and one-way system in Granada is a nightmare, so I would have booked... More

My stay here was so enjoyable due to the great value for such quality. Very clean rooms with beautiful, impeccably crisp linen sheets and surprisingly glamorous. It is totally central so good for the shopping and cafe culture. It is possible to walk from hotel to Albaicin from here, though you'll feel fitter by the end of the day. The... More

It's a perfectly situated hotel right in the heart and centre of Granada. They offer underground parking if you are capable of handling amazingly small parking spaces! It's a Spanish thing...tiny up close and personal spaces! The reception staff are extremely efficient and speak good English and are very helpful if you are looking to explore the hidden streets of... More

Try to get a map of the city before going in, it took us a while because there was a bit of construction going on in the streets. But truly wonderful hotel. We arrived late in the afternoon on Saturday and the reception staff were able to get us tickets for the next morning at the Ahlambra.... They did have... More

Loved the decoration of the hotel - the maure fresque on teh room wall was lovely. We also enjoyed going back to the 80's (the hotel decoration is totally from the decade) which gave us such a weird feeling (reminded us of our parents homes when we were younger!) the breakfast buffet was also generous and gave many options for...
