Picked this hotel due to great reviews by other travellers and wasn't disappointed. Excellent hotel right in centre of the tapas/bar/shopping area of Granada. Perfect location for a city break. Our room was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Value for money, we'd give it 10/10. Would definately recommend. more

We had an amazing room at the 4th floor with our own terrace facing the Al Hambra. Amazing! spacious bathroom with a huge comfy bed. a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was not that good though. Very friendly staff. more

My husband and I read the reviews below before booking this hotel, and the response given by the management. Location: the hotel is in a very good location. We took the train to Granada and the taxi from the train station to the hotel only charged us 6 euros. The taxi driver knew where to drop us off as Navas... more

Great location and a good price, so if that's what you're looking for then this is a gem. I paid in advance for a double room as a single traveler, but when i checked in and they saw i was solo they put me in a singe room. wouldn't be a problem, except i prepaid for a double bed. They... more

Madam, I am sorry that the receptionist may have caused this confusion. I inquired from the receptionists to see what might happen and I think that a new receptionist, Fran, was a little confused. Sorry again. Ignacio

My wife and I just stayed here last week for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon in Spain. Overall I was quite disappointed by the hotel. Let's get the good points out of the way: - Fairly comfortable and large beds - Gave us level 4 room as requested which has small balcony - The street Navas which it... more

First of all my apologies for what happened. I regret not having lived up to their expectations. I would also make a few comments to other customers: All rooms have thermostat regulation of air conditioning. However, the central system was ready for winter as it is the month of November. In the days of his stay there was an unusual...

We stayed as part of a small group (two couples). The hotel is convenient for the city centre, and is also just 20 minutes (uphill) walk to the Alhambra. It is very close to bus routes (e.g. to the long distance bus station and to the airport), places to shop and places to eat. Consequently it is very convenient for... more

We travelled here with our 18 mth old son. It took us an hour to drive across town and park due to road works. We eventually parked at public multi story beside hotel. We dragged our bags out and up the steps to hotel only to be told that there was no HOT WATER in the hotel and that they... more

I am Really sorry about what happened. On a technical problem you had to be diverted to another hotel. For us customer service is paramount and I will check who handled poorly as this is not acceptable. Thanks for your review. IGNACIO.

We got a promotion rate at €55 per night for a double room. The hotel was very good for its price. The staff was very friendly. The location was good. Very closed to a taxi stand and the bus stop to/from the Alhambra is only a 5-10 walk away. It was in a safe neighboorhood. We (2 female travelers) felt... more

The Best Western Dauro II is in a great location in the centre of Granada, providing easy access to all the main sights, including the Cathedral, Capilla Real, the main shopping areas and plenty of nearby restaurants and tapas bars with convenient transport links to the Alhambra and the Albaicin (5 minutes walk to the bus stop - Nos 30... more

We chose the Dauro II for location and value for money and were delighted with both. An extra bonus was the consistently charming service on reception, beating many far pricier hotels on our trip for friendliness and efficiency. Our room on the top floor was relatively small but very comfortable, with the bonus of a tiny terrace with views to... more
