Our family of 5 stayed in the family apartment at the end of December 2011. The apartment was spotless, and perfect for our needs. It was easy walking distance to the main sites, and close to several grocery stores (perfect if you're cooking any meals in the apartment). We loved the warm and welcoming common room, and appreciated the free... More

This is not a hostel... the room is nicely decorated, the bathroom was really modern! We stayed in a private room and it felt like a boutique hotel/B&B. The staff there is excellent, the room is wonderful and clean, location couldn't be better. The only downside is that the apartment tenants across the street may be a bit noisy. More

I recently stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with some friends (3 of us in total). It was fantastic. The whole place was exceptionally clean, well looked after and the staff all very friendly and helpful. It was a bargin for the price. I have stayed in many more expensive hotels that were far worse in quality than this place.... More

There is not a lot to say about El Granado, other than it is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, the breakfast is free (to other reviewers - of course you have to wash your own plates, it is a hostel!) and it is soooo clean. The... More

We booked El Granado based on previous reviews on Trip Advisor - and we were not disappointed! We had a private double room with an ensuite and it was immaculate! Admittedly the room was small however considering we were in one of the most beautiful cities, it didn't matter. Bed was comfy, decent size wardobe and tiny but clean and... More

El Granado is the hostel you stay in when you don't really want to stay in a hostel. It's great value in a convenient location. You can easily walk to most places and we were given a great overview of the town when we arrived with lots of local tips. More

This is a great hostel for a couple. It is quiet, extremely comfortable and looks just as good (if not better) than the pictures. Beds come fully equipped with clean duvets and padded mattresses. I slept better here than any other hostel I have ever been at! Staff is extremely helpful in answering any questions you may have. Loved Granada... More

We loved this hostel. Very helpful staff, spotlessly clean, friendly and modern, with elements of old style in the brickwork, open areas and wooden beams. It's in a good location (for us) in that it is 2 minutes walk from the vegan cafe El Piano. It is well placed for various squares and the Cathedral, buses etc. The only drawback,... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in August 2011. The hosts were lovely and helpful. We had a private double room with ensuite which looked like it had just been renovated - best accommodation we had for our entire Spanish trip. Good location, within walking distance to everything and very clean. More

We stayed here for three nights over the weekend. The hostel is centrally located in the student quarter only a 5/10 min walk from the centre of Granada. Although there was street noise this was completely blocked out by the fitted blinds. We stayed in the 2 person apartment - it really is as great as the photos made out.... More
