Don Paco is at the budget end of the market but is most definitely 'quality' budget. Rooms, while small, are not of the tiny variety and have a good shower/bathroom, The decor is functional but there is a small courtyard which is a nice touch. The hotel is spotlessly clean and front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The location... More

This is a fairly average 3* hotel in Malaga. Its location is great though, 10 minute walk to the historical centre, and 5 minutes from the train and bus stations (easily walkable). Rooms very average really, just what you would expect, but no complaints. Breakfast was a bit poor (packeted croissant) and bad coffee but was included. Not a bad... More

Central location of the property was the only reason that my friends booked a room in this hotel for our two days and three night stay. But, the hotel is superb in every term. Starting with the staff members, who were the most humble people in the world, I have ever met. They never refused for any services and always... More

Stayed at Don Paco at the end of a cruise before flying out of Malaga, the room was booked as part of a package through a travel agent. The hotel was dark, dated and to be honest 'creepy'! Hotel room had no natural daylight and walls very thin (the man in the next room could have shared our room as... More

My husband and I retired last year and we decided to have a few days in Malaga We loved Malaga and the weather was good. However the only good thing about the hotel was that it was very near the main train station The receptionists were unwelcoming and never smiled, The lights in the breakfast room were switched off when... Used the Don Paco for a stopover before flying out of Malaga. Excellent location a stones throw from the station. Rooms perfectly good, well cleaned, bathroom and shower excellent. Maybe a bit dated but excellent for the price. The big plus was the staff. We arrived to find our booking had been cancelled due to Dizzygoat.com, who we booked through.... More

Hotel Don Paco is a nice place to stay BUT for short-term ONLY. This hotel is like a hostel but WAY BETTER ! It's good for a solo traveler and only for one night...I don't recommend this hotel for more than one night. The room is furnished with very basic things such as: one bed, one TV and toilet. The... The hotel is average. Rooms are small but complete. Free TV, Wifi, Airco. Some of the rooms are not on the outside and don't have direct sunlight, so ask for one with a window to the street. Bathroom is small but complete and plumbing is OK. Breakfast is 7 Euro (continental) and if you want something warm like scrambled eggs... More

After arriving in Malaga at 21.30 and missing my bus (which was the last one of the night), I had to find a cheap hotel in the area close to the bus station. A five minute walk from the train/bus station puts the hotel in a great position for an overnight stay with an early morning departure. Given the plethora... More

Well I am surprised when I saw the rank of this hotel. It deserves more. It was a clean and a decent place to stay. Ask for a room looking at street. Their single big bed rooms are looking inside. there is buffet breakfast for 7 € and it was nice..free internet and pc at the tv room. Hotel is... More
