We have stayed twice at this hotel and cannot fault it. Rooms are very clean and warm,breakfast good with freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee. Staff are always pleasant . We found this hotel perfect for what we needed. Breakfast in the morning kept you going until lunch time, beds were decent, close to all the attractions we found that they were all in walk in distance and the staff were all friendly. There is hardly to find a hotel which is located so handy. At the harbour, near beach busstations shops touristoffice shops and restaurants. Even the underground is a couple of minutes at distance. 3 days at Venice. centrally located means street noise. In 2 different room, we had to ask for new rooms due to sewage smell, also lots of noise all night - last stay for while. Kind and serviceminded staff. Avoid rom next to elevator.
