The staff at this property are not friendly or accommodating. They do *not* speak English. They will put you in a room facing extremely loud construction that starts before 7am and not tell you. They think that you just want a bigger room (??) when you have the audacity to complain about having been woken up by the noise and... more

My two cousins and I traveled Europe this Sept and loved this Hotel. Was a little hard to get to with a car, Many detours and 1-way streets, but once we found it, we loved it.
