You really feel like you are staying in the castle here since the hotel is right next door high up on the hill. Prices are very high though for east Germany. Beware there is no air conditioning so in the warmer months it may get very warm in the rooms. Also the windows do not have blackouts so it can... more

The location is splendid. The hotel is fine, and the restaurant up to the standard. Service friendly and very professional. You will love this beautiful and remodeled hotel that is positioned atop Eisenach, right next to Wartburg Castle. The rooms are spacious with stylish bathrooms.
