The hotel is not in the center of Eisenach, rather it is on the outskirts, so having a car is definitely helpful. Unfortunately it has absolutely no character, but……….it is clean, it is inexpensive (comparatively), the breakfast buffet (10 Eu p/p, not included) of typical continental fare of boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs is decent....
