I stayed at this place for two nights to re-visit Leipzig after many, many years--and found this hotel to be delightful, clean, and even a bit charming. The staff was friendly, smiling, and courteous; the room clean, though not spectacular. It is about 3.6 km (2miles??) from the city center, but apparently there is a tram stop not far away....
