Beautiful hotel, warm and hospitable.Comfortable rooms, fantastic service. Lovely hosts and conceirge. Must eat in their Michellin Star restaurant - Caroussel. We are vegetarians and they went out of their way to make the most fantastic meal possible. I felt at home! More

14 boys from our choir in the US,14 boys from St Paul's, London, 4 male altos and 7 chaperones and we took over the Bulow Residenz! They were so courteous and accomodating and patient. Breakfasts were sumptuous, allowed us to use a small business room for rehearsal, made hot chocolate for us after the concerts, cleaned up after all those... More

We had a beautiful room and a good stay at the Hotel Bulow Residenz in Dresden. Our room was huge, and well appointed. We booked a double room, and paid 129 euro/night. We were welcomed with a basket of fruit, with a plate and knife with which to eat it! And we did. We had plenty of storage space for... More

While we were disappointed to be in thepartner hotel residenz and not the upscale designer building, we were delighted with the quality of our room. Breakfast was extra, but bakeries are only a block away. It is a short 5 min walk to the old town area, but an easy walk with spectacular views of the city. More

A great place to stay, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great location in a buzzing neighbourhood. small shops, restaurants an of course their own michelin star Caroussel. Parking garage ( 16 € ! bit expensive) on a 80 euro room. nevertheless it's great. More

Extraordinary restaurant: attractive decor, well spaced tables, delicious food beautifully presented, friendly unpretentious service. Very nice room, although in a different building on the street. If visiting Dresden to see the tourist attractions, located 20 minutes away on the other side of the Elba. More

Located in the Neustadt but not a long walk to the Alstadt over the bridge where pretty much everything is....helpful concierge staff, very roomy accommodations. However, because of the heavy rain and cold weather we encountered, the easy walk was anything but and we ended up jumping into taxis several times to go over the river. There is not a... More

Right in the center of busy Dresden-Neustadt you enter the lobby, receive a warm wellcome by the front desk and will realize that you`ve entered a zone of relaxed and quiet recreation. The staff will take care of everything necessary to feel home. We enjoyed an extraordinary wellcome reception at the daylight flooded lunch room with excellent service and best... More

We had visited Dresden in 2000, making our "home" at the Hotel Bulow Residenz so we wanted to return to see how the neighborhood (Neustadt) was looking with more reconstruction finished. The hotel is located in a stately old building with a sm inner courtyard. There had been a restaurant also but it is now one block away in their... More
