My wife and I have stayed here twice over 4 years, once for the ADAC Rally Deutschland, the second as a sight seeing trip. The rooms are a little tired but clean, the first visit we had a smaller room, but the second trip the room was a very generous size. The bar/restaurant is a local one serving good portions...

Rooms were in terrible state of repair, curtains hanging from rails, bed falling apart, furniture all from different places and styles. No frosted glass/curtain in bathroom. Towels like sandpaper. You have to walk behind the bar to reach the rooms. The only good thing was the food in the hotel. Parking difficult
We come twice a year to this great location (for 10 years now). The rooms are ok and there is a TV on every room. There is also free internet. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good (also the beer).
Some people always find something to complain; it's better they stay at home...
