Good location in Mainz. Only a 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in town. Rooms are bright and airy. The restaurant inside the hotel is very nice if opting to stay inside. Good breakfast buffet. Nice and professional front desk staff. More

The hotel is a good value, and the pool is a plus- the kids loved it, and the adjoining bar was very nice for reading or getting some work done. It is easily walkable from the train station, but if you have luggage or have had a long day, an inexpensive taxi is the better bet over thw walk up-hill.... More

Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, it is a good location for walking into the centre of Mainz (although on a hill so be aware if mobility is an issue), the rooms are clean and functional. Only ever had room service breakfast but I have got what I requested and it was nice. More

The rooms are adequate. I've certainly slept in more comfortable beds, but the rooms are fairly big with a small fridge. Not much in english on the tv...BBC, SkyNews, CNBC Europe and Bloomberg.
