We ended up here after we arrived in Koblenz on a Friday night to find the Mercure (our default in Germany) fully booked. We're so glad we stayed at Diehl's over the Mercure! Please note that I tend to review hotels relative to their peer group/price category, and thus Diehl's Hotel easily rates as excellent. I stayed for two nights with my wife and daughters (3 and 11) in a suite with adjoining room. After 2 weeks in Diehls Hotel I have to say that it is a very nice hotel with great staff. They are so friendly and try to help you with every possible request. Restaurant is great too more

Stayed for two weeks in Diehl's Hotel in Koblenz. The room (double deluxe) was spatious and very clean, the bathroom was clean and modern. The service was great - very friendly staff and very personalized service. Not so common in Germany. The restaurant is very good, too. more
