We arrived on Sunday and their staff had the day off so they gave us the access code for the door and our room keys were waiting for us on the front desk. Very nice.
Breakfast was nice and lots. They have beer for an afternoon drink. The staff speak English very well and they are excellent with any requests....

Have stayed here a number of times - and the test of a good hotel is that you keep going back. Clean spacious and quiet rooms with a perfect continental breakfast. Staff quiety efficient. Short walk down to the river and then a 20 minute walk into the Stadt in one direction or a long pleasant walk to Kettwig in...
