Centrally located, clean, calm comfortable, modern, nice rooms. The staff is very kind, the service good, the breakfast very good. Excellent coffee. Wifi free of charge in the entire hotel. A few parking places nearby. Better book before. I can definitely recommend the hotel. More

The outside of this hotel is rather plain and unassuming but my room facing the street with a hardwood floor was nicely furnished and had a clean bathroom. The hotel is situated in a residential area so it is quiet at night. It is also one block away from a tram station from which you can get to the Dusseldorf... More

Firstly, this hotel is very nice and has everything you require. However, we found that the hotel isn't located in a great location. It is only a 10min walk to old town and the tram stop is at the end of the road, but in winter when it is cold/raining it is not ideal to walk 10mins to get some... More

Business hotel, located close to city centre in quiet inner suburban area. Rooms quite small but adequate. Very good breakfast with great coffee. Friendly service. If staying on attic floor, only stair access. More

A nice hotel in a pretty central location and excellent value for money. The room was very nicely furnished, spotless and surprisingly quiet, there was free wi-fi, and the breakfast was impressive. Would definitely stay there again. More

I feel a bit rude complaining about this hotel, as I enjoyed my stay in Düsseldorf a lot. It's location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent, but, there were no facilities for making tea/coffee in the bedroom, inc no fridge, (which is hugely annoying when you need a drink at 5am after having been out all day!!) and the bed... although... We had a short travel via Dusseldorf to Holland, so planned one 1st night, then in 3 days another night in Duss. Our 1st night falled to the last day of exhibition, so offered rate was 3 times higher than normal. I made a research, found a decent hotel with normal price in Alstadt, but kindly asked two selected hotels... More

We planned our trip many months ago, with 7 male friends, and I was the organizer of the whole excursion to Germany. I have to say that (after been advised from TripAdvisor) I decided to book the Berial Hotel, as a good value and nice option. All help that came from the telephone and via e-mail, was useful and kind... More
