With not so friendly staff behaving unfriendly its losing its reputation. Even to enquire for a room they behave like they are doing a favour. the hotel being cheap cannot make the guest or staff behave the same. Its supposed to be a value for money hotel so the behaviour of staff considering anybody below standards does not seem appropriate.

Clean and central hotel right in Dusseldorf station. Hotel is functional but for the very good value price, I had no complaints about it. Recommended for a good value convenient stay in Dusseldorf. Heating was turned up quite high and difficult to turn down, but that is the only (small) issue.
