Redeemed my Hyatt points for two free nights in the Club Room. This is a new hotel and the decor is great, very modern, room is huge and very clean, staff are very helpful and it's right by the river. Will definitely stay here if I visit Dusseldorf again.

Topclass hotel and congress facilities. Good food Quality. Perfect service by all staff. Hotel is situated in a completely renovated area - modern and fascinating new architecture and design. Only negatieve point is the distance to the oud city centre. 25 minutes in foot - 10 minutes by taxi.

One of my favourite hotels. Very beautiful and large rooms. Helpful and absolutely friendly staff. The location is not perfect (not in the citz centre) but there are a lot of bars and restaurants around.

There is a real attention to detail at the Hyatt which makes staying there on business a real pleasure.
