The good side: location, 200m from the Dom. The bad side: 20 jr old cheap and worn down matrasses, tiny rooms and way too expensive. We paid 135 for 1 night. That's a 4 star tariff. This hotel is located right near the Koln Cathedral. The heart of the city is on the door step. The staff are friendly and offer help with all sorts of questions you may have. This was the 3rd time that we'd stayed at Hotel Good Sleep...and can't wait to return for a 4th time. Whether the rooms and breakfast are basic or not, for centrality and price the Hotel Good Sleep is hard pushed to beat. Cologne is a wonderful city and the Hotel Good Sleep typifies the German hospitality, friendliness and warmth. More
