I statyed at the Ibis Koeln Messe for two nights. I found the hotel very clean and all that a traveller would require. The staff were more than helpful and understood perfect English. The rooms are VERY small, especially the bathroom. Sounds from other rooms and hallway easily heard through the wall/door. Pay for wifi, and basically had to beg for an iron. Situated 10 minutes from Cologne Messe S-Bahn station and less than 5 from the Exhibition Centre itself, this hotel is perfect for business travelers. We were there Saturday night and with good weather were able to walk downtown in under 20 minutes (across the main rail bridge into town) so if you are fit this place is a good alternative... More

Not a bad location, was perfect for the Lanxess Arena (went to concert during my stay). Close to conference, but a huge price rip off. The bathroom is like a prefab jail . Space was a premium, and price was very high Lucky we only needed a bed to sleep at night, as the amenities were non existent. Breakfast was good

Location from 2 minutes by walk from Köln Messe Exhibition center, very correct price, quality level is homogen for an IBIS.Restaurant very good too ! Simple but good quality meals. Personnel very kind.

the hotel was just a 3 to 4 minute walk from the Messe ,rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel ,staff were friendly and knowledgeable ! One slight down side was lack of noise insulation between rooms. A good value for money option!
