Great location being a short walk from the main station, the cathedral, the river and many bars and restaurants. Nicely decorated but clearly an old hotel under the recent refurb. It's no longer a Sofitel... Now part of MGallerie hotels. Very long waiting time for check-in and check-out, only one employee for everything to do on both days. Incredible slow lift and long waiting time. Very very small room! Nice lobby and excellent breakfast.

Hotel is clean, service is attentive. Rooms are on the smallish side, but one does not go to a hotel to stay in the room. Excellent value for money given the location of the hotel. Very close to cathedral and train station. Close to the Rhine to go for a walk. Extremely convenient.
