As soon as you arrive in the classy hallway, you feel like ryalty. A kind, efficient and professional staff guarantee a care free stay. Another great Christmas shopping break in Cologne. An excellent Hotel, friendly and helpful staff well worth a visit. The Hotel was well situated for the shops and markets. Look forward to my visit again next year. More
