My husband and I were very impressed with the very courteous and professional staff. Excellent location, close to everything yet far enough away from the tourist commotion. This is really a family friendly hotel. I accidentlly booked this hotel twice and unfortunately they charged me for both bookings, so be careful. (I know I will)

Location perfect for cathedral, station, museums, river, shops all within minutes of hotel. Very quiet, amazing for such a central location. Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast with local produce and a daily info sheet with weather, suggestions for places to visit, restaurants etc which we did find genuinely useful. Comfy room with decent shower. Can't fault it!
