The interior, rooms and dining experience deserves 5 stars, that's it. Everything else can be better from A-Z. No bell boy to help with the luggage, no valet parking, no proper service at the front desk or at the bar. Why 5 stars overall? more

I'm a regular guest there and haven't been in any hotel getting even close in the area when it was booked out. It has clean very nice rooms, free internet connection, excellent service.
